An update of Hyundai’s Fluidic Sculpture design gives the 2017 Santa Fe Sport a more athletic attitude. The SUV has a new front and rear fascia and taillight design and standard 17-inch alloy wheels. You can also choose from the available 18-inch alloy wheels or dark grey 19-inch alloys. Santa Fe Sport offers a suite of available features including an Integrated Memory System for driver seat and exterior mirrors, heated and ventilated front seats with leather seating surfaces, a heated steering wheel and dual automatic temperature control with CleanAir Ionizer. Second-row passengers can enjoy available heated rear seats, integrated side sunshades and seats that slide and recline. The second-row seats have added flexibility and functionality with their 40/20/40 split-folding design. A rearview camera is standard on the Santa Fe Sport. A 7-inch touchscreen color audio display system is also available. Sight and sound enhancements include an available 8-inch touchscreen plus a navigation system and a premium Infinity audio system with 12 speakers. This system also features QuantumLogic and Clari-Fi which helps restore sound quality lost with digitally compressed music. The standard 2.4L engine delivers 185hp and 178lb.-ft. of torque or you can select the available 2.0T with 240hp and 260lb.-ft. of torque. Drive Mode Select adjusts both throttle response and steering effort between three modes: Eco, Normal or Sport. The available Active Cornering Control AWD improves traction and provides greater cornering capability in turns. Available safety features include an Automatic Emergency, Smart Cruise Control, a Multi-view Camera System, Blind Spot Detection with Rear Cross-traffic Alert and Lane Change Assist, and a Lane Departure Warning system.
